- Dependants can access healthcare through the NHS
- Children can attend UK schools or apply for dependent visas

- Valid for the same duration as the primary applicant’s visa
UK Spouse Visa for Indians
The UK remains a top destination for Indian students and skilled workers. With changes in immigration rules, spouses of Skilled Workers can still accompany the main applicant. However, as of January 2024, spouses of international students are allowed only if the student is enrolled in a research-based postgraduate course.
At Kaprisan Overseas LLP, we stay up-to-date with the latest UKVI policies to ensure that your spouse visa application is accurate, strong, and compliant.
